HOW TO APPLY FOR AN INTERNSHIP ABROAD

Get started.

Fill in our registration form, submit your CV/resumè (preferably with a picture) and a motivation/cover letter. You will also have to complete our online Spanish test according to your level – beginner or intermediate – for the one-week* intensive Spanish course that all the trainees must take. Finally, make sure you pay the 75€ deposit**.

APPROVAL

Getting everything right.

In a 48-hour window, our Admissions Team will go through all the documents you sent to make sure that everything is okay with them – if there is something wrong, they will let you know right away. Then, you will get confirmation that you have been accepted into the program, and we will start looking for an internship that fits your profile and demands. If you have any problems with the information/documents you provided, they will let you know right away.

INTERVIEW

Going into details.

After confirming your acceptance into the program, one of our Internship Advisors will get in touch to define some details, get to know you better, and discuss the possible internships abroad we would have selected for you. This interview would be a key moment for you to prove yourself as a valid candidate for our internship program in Spain. Make sure you prepare for the interview and let us have any questions you may have.

Your call.

Time for you to pick from the different traineeships abroad we presented you.  Once you make up your mind and communicate your choice, we will get all the paperwork ready and set the process in motion so that you can start your internship with all the guarantees.

You will get a more detailed description of the internship you have approved with additional information about the company and the tasks you will be expected to carry out.

Bear in mind that if there is no contract from your university or sender institution, you could only have your internship abroad at an NGO.

*For those trainees with a high-intermediate level of Spanish (B1 or superior). If you have a lower level, you might need to increase the number of weeks. 

** In the unlikely event that we will not be able to find the right internship abroad for you, you will get a full refund.
