No, there isn't. You can apply at any time. We will always be ready to start looking for a new internship for you. ALthough bear in mind that, during summer months, it might be more difficult to find an internship.

Yes. If, by any chance, we are unable to find an internship within your primary or secondary career field, you will get a refund thanks to our money-back guarantee.

The company taking you in will teach you everything about their work approach and philosophy so that you can become part of the team in just a couple of days. All our internships are hands-on practice, which will be of great help for you to get to know the nooks and crannies of the job.

– Respecting the guidelines the company gives you.
– Accepting the rules and working methods of the company.
– Following the dress code established by the host company.

– Behaving nicely with your colleagues, bosses and supervisors, clients and other interns.
– Respecting cultural differences and other ways of working.
– Not using neither the company's telephone nor the internet for private matters.
– Working efficiently and paying attention to details.
– Talking to your advisor regularly about your work and progress.

Though it might not seem really appelaing to work for free, you must take this as an invaluable opportunity to learn a job by taking real-word responsibilities and boost your employability by developing the skills recruiters look for. There might be cases in which the host organization offers you some kind of compensation, and you are more than welcome to accept it,
The minimum duration of our internship programs in Spain is 2 weeks but most companies demand longer stays. Regarding a maximum duration, EU citizens cannot stay longer than nine months, while non- EU citizens have their limit at 6.
Non-European applicants must request a visa to do their internship in Spain.

In this is your case, you will have to make the pull payment of 545€ so that we can send the invitation letter to the Spanish embassy in your country. Once you've been granted a visa, then everything will be in order for you to enjoy your internship in Spain.

Yes, The minimum age is 16 and the maximum is 35.  

Remember the internships are usually unpaid, so you should have a stable economic situation to cover all the costs you will be having while living in Valencia (transport, food, accommodation, ...).

Being open-minded, sociable, hard-working and flexible are of great if you want to have a succesful internship in Spain. Having some knowledge of Spanish migh definitely come in handy to have proper communication with all the staff in your host company. If your Spanish is a bit rusty or you know very little, our Spanish courses will help you overcome this problem with the best help.
First of all, you must talk to one of our Advisors. Then, we will speak to your manager in order to find a solution satisfying both parts. And, if this is not possible, we will try to find another internship for you as fast as possible without any extra costs. The only condition is that you have a minimum of 4 weeks left until the end of your internship.

Important: You cannot quit your internship without consulting first with our adivsors. By doing that you will not be able to claim a refund nor get an internship confirmation.
As we like to hink, for every problem there is a solution. So, if you hink you are having some kind of problems at the host company, come to us right away. We will listen to both parts, you and the company, and find a solution that everyone can agree to. And, if the problem persists, we will escalate the measurements taken or find you another internship.

Accommodation is not included in the price, though we can provide it. We offer stays with host families or in shared apartments, for the whole lenght of your internship or just a part of it. Take a look at the details of our accommodation options and find what suits you best

APPLICATION
PROCESS

First of all, you just have to fill in the enrollment form and also send us your resumè and a cover letter in Spanish.

Then, you will need to take our online Spanish test as well.

The sooner we receive everything, the sooner we can start searching for your internship.

It usually takes between two and four weeks, but it may vary depending on several factors.

PAYMENT
INFORMATION

The price for the search of the internship in Spain is €405 for European applicants or €645 for non-European.

This includes searching for an internship, helping with the paperwork and full support throughout your entire stay.

When you apply you will have to pay the 75€ deposit to start the whole process.

After you get accepted in a host company and you agree to start, you will have to pay the remaining balance of €275. 

Yes, European applicants have to pay a 75€ deposit to start the whole internship placement search process. This amount will then be deducted from the final payment.  If you are running out of time and need an express search, a 175€ deposit is required. 

Non- European applicants need to pay the full program fee when appliying. Find more information below. 

In case we cannot find an internship in your any of your choices of career fields, we will refund the deposit you paid in full. If we find an internship in any of your choices of career fields but you finally reject it, there will be no refund.

Yes. If you are not from any of the countries belonging to the European Union, you might be needing a visa as your stay will probably extend further than 90 days. In that case a full upfront payment is requiered as we will have to issue an invitation letter that will be sent to the Spanish embassy in your country.

If the visa is not granted, you will only pay for the administrative costs and we will refund the remaining amount.

There will be no refund if you decide not to take part in our internship program once the invitation letter has been sent to the embassy.

As most things in life, it depends. It depends mainly on your lifestyle. Valencia is quite cheap though you might be needing a €1,000 monthly budget to have a comfortable stay, including accommodation, food and hobbies.

SPANISH
LESSONS

You have one week of Spanish lessons included in the price. Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 12.50. A total of 20 lessons per week. 

Of course. There is always room for you in our Spanish school. AIP Language Institute is an accredited school by Instituto Cervantes and you will always find suitable Spanish courses for your level.
